way back in jan. of 2019 tumblr cracked down on adult content. a lot of people were looking for a place to go & came here to DW, but thought it was for serious posts only^tm. so sara suggested that the month of febuary be for frivolous posting (more on that in my post here).

it is not mandatory & i'm probably the only person still doing it, but the tradition continues.

this year's theme is star trek, star wars & stargate: sg-1 trivia/quiz type questions that are most likely true. unless someone messed it up.

unfortunately this is as close as we will get to an official reunion. the 20^th anniversary of the trilogy has come and gone without being officially acknowledged by the studio that made the movies.
the harry potter movies that got a reunion for their 20^th anniversary. but i guess it's because they had a bigger cultural impact. it got kids to read more books, and people still talk about their hogwarts house, wand, patronus & quidditch.

when i first heard the song shut up and dance (with me) by walk the moon several years ago i thought it was something from the '80s and it has been a favorite of mine ever since.

when looking for it in youtube to listen to i discovered this movie dance compilation (there are a lot of others, tv too) by MsTabularasa & i keep coming back to it.
