so i went to burger king today, they have soft serve ice cream now so i decided to try the oreo sundae. i noticed on the standee they have near the counter someone wrote "contains caramel sauce" (or something). so when when i order the one taking the order (assistant manager) says "you know that comes with caramel sauce?" i replied; "yes. i saw it on the sign." the assistant manager says; "good. i had to write that because i thought this one woman's head was going to spin off. 'there's caramel sauce on this! it's not pictured with caramel sauce!'"
in defense of the customer, none of the pictures of the oreo sundae show caramel sauce and on the little card things on the tables say that the oreo sundae contains oreo pieces, hot fudge & soft serve. no mention of caramel sauce. but there's no reason to freak out over it.
if she was allergic or just didn't like it, she could've just calmly explained herself and asked for something else.
BTW the oreo sundae was fairly good.
