archersangeli'm on a re-watch of star trek: enterprise & they had a profile of scott bakula as captain archer. everyone had glowing things to say aout hime. if i didn't think the man was cool before, i certainly would after watching that.
my brother said that almost no one bashes their fellow actors in on-set interviews. i told him that people usual say "he/she's good to work with. they show up on time & know their lines." not stuff like; captain of the show as well as the ship. back in his quantum leap days i hard good things about him too. my favorite thing was one of the make-up or wardrobe women said she used to watch scott & the guys from the crew go off to play some sort of sport after lunch. marching out so seriously, like they were going to war.
i'd like to have seen them at play. i imagine it would be something like the geskana match (a game similar to lacrosse) in the ENT episode desert crossing.

Date: Aug. 26th, 2010 01:40 am (UTC)I ADORE the guy for recognizing there were story problems, that the problems originated with Berman and Braga, and going to Paramount about it. It was too late to save the series, but holy shit that was awesomesauce of him.
