it starts on friday, january 12th & ends on sunday, february 11th. prompts can still be filled after that.
you can fill as many prompts as you want, even if someone else did a fill. and post prompts of your own.
you don't have to post a prompt in order to fill one. i only started posting prompts a few years ago after years of filling them.
