the smell of it

update to this post about my deodorant; it smelled floral in the container, but on me it smells sweet-ish. i just can't figure this stuff out.

we're running low on dish washing liquid, so pick up a bottle of ivory (original scent), but the smell is like 20 times stronger than it was before. so we got palmolive pure + clear fragrance free which, thankfully, does not smell like anything. but is super runny compared to the ivory, so i have to be careful not to use too much.

i don't know companies have to mess with stuff. if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Body chemistry does change how deodorants/perfumes/scented stuff smells. I had to toss out a bottle of fairly expensive perfume that I received as a gift years back; in the bottle it smelled divine, but on me it smelled like a skunk had wandered past.
