Harry considered himself lucky that he could find his favorite foods in the wizard world where much was contrary to the life he knew before Hogwarts.

Fruit was fruit with the same names & most everything else had an equivalent.

But he had a difficult time explaining (especially to Ron's dad. who had an interest in all things Muggle) that Mars Bars had nothing to do with the planet or the Roman god of war.
