apparently some do when they don't have pockets big enough or a purse of some sort.
there's was a t-mobile commercial with dolly parton about "saving" the phones by putting them on a better network, or something, that premiered during the super bowl. at one point she takes a phone of of her bra (it appears to be anyway) & it looks like it's by the shoulder strap or upper boob area, maybe?
