--Officially request an absentee ballot from your local Board of Elections (usually at the county level). --Look up where the Board of Elections is located, and where there are official B of E drop boxes for ballots -- usually in government buildings. --Fill out your ballot as soon as it arrives (they are almost guaranteed to be very close to deadline). --Take it to an official Board of Elections drop box and put it in.
