something strange in the neighborhood

one of the smokers that goes to the smoking area near our place says that "something" is in her house. doors keep opening and closing on their own.

well, it could be that the air moving through their open windows is doing that. but in my brother's room there are random cold spots, like you left a gallon of milk on the floor for several moments. as well as spots that are very warm. and sometimes the living room & kitchen get cold spots too. maybe this has something to do with our ghost adventures viewing problem.
