songs in my head
Sep. 1st, 2010 05:29 pm1. If you'd like to play along, reply to this post and I'll assign you a letter.
2. You then list (and upload or link to the video, if you feel like it) 5(6, 7) songs that start with that letter.
3. Then, as I'm doing here, you'll post the list to your journal with the instructions.
psyche29 gave me the letter I
i'm putting up links to them on youtube (hope they won't take them down) & a link to the lyrics
1. i could fall in love by selena. the lyrics
one of those great romantic songs IMHO made more emotional by the fact that it was the first single of hers to be released after her death. i can't believe it's been 15 years!
2. i don't want to miss a thing by aerosmith. the lyrics
a great song from a less than great movie (armageddon)
3. i love a rainy night by eddie rabbit. the lyrics
it's an interesting tune IMHO. and i actually like a rainy night
4. if everyone cared by nickleback. the lyrics
one of those gripping songs IMHO. the official video is interesting because it has instances of people who have made a difference.
5. in the mood by the glen miller orchestra. no lyrics as it's instrumental
one of the great songs from the age of swing/the big band era. more on glen miller. i recommend watching the glen miller story staring another american treasure jimmy stewart. (what can i say? i'm an old soul)
