emmys, worth watching?

(well, a few) the people's choice, the golden globes, the oscars & the prime time emmys. but lately it's been hard for me to care. maybe because i linked them in my mind with the entertainment tonight & access hollywood episodes the next day talking about the fashion & behind the scenes stuff. but i shopped watching those when it was anna nicole smith all of the time with them.
i was thinking about watching the emmys, but neil patrick harris has always bugged me for some reason. (although i can't imagine him being more annoying than ryan seacrest) i still thought i might watch to see if the amazing race wins again for best reality show; competition. (they've won every year since the category was started 4 or 5 years ago) but my brother said; "just look up the spoilers." so i'll probably do that.
in other TV news; the amazing race starts one week from today!
ETA: i did end up seeing some of the show & the amazing race won! after which the host said; "this night is just full of surprises." smug little booger.
