For the history buffs

someone on one of the forums i look at linked to this game where you have to put events into historical order on a timeline.

you start out with one card; queen elizabeth II; born for example.
the next card is the magna carta; signed, that's before then, so you click and drag it to put it there.
then the u.s. civil war; ended, that's after the magna carta & before her birth, so it goes there.
the next one is elvis; died, that's after QE2's birth, so it goes there.
the next card is the invention of the telegraph & it gets tricky because you're not sure if that was before the u.s civil war or not, so you put it before & hope it's right.

you get three strikes, then you're out.

it will tell you what your streak was before you struck out & if you do a few games, it will let you know what your longest streak was.

you're responsible for your own time management. decide if you have time to waste before starting this game.

I seem to be good at the big things but bad at the births of people and companies. Not surprising. (I'm a medievalist! I don't have to know exact birth dates for many of my peeps!)
