"I know your secret Clark." Lois comments one day during Lunch. He keeps a neutral expression on his face, takes a sip of his coffee & replies: "Secret?"
"Yes. Really Clark, you read Star Trek novels? I saw a few on the top of your bookcase." Lois almost sounds like she's accusing him.
Clark shrugs & tries not to show how relieved he is. "Do you think every journalist only reads highbrow literature?"
