we were not allowed to leave school grounds during lunch, but some with a car did. they'd go to mcdonald's, mostly. or burger king, dairy queen or wendy's. we didn't get taco bell until later.
supposedly mcdonald's would deliver, if you bought meals for 15 people. but the kids who either had enough money, or could pool it together from their friends, never got enough people together to do it.
