maybe it's a standard question they as? buy why would anyone claim the warranty for a cover to a phone they no linger have?
or maybe they thought we were going to sell it? part of the warranty claim taking a picture of the back of your phone with the case on it & the date (mm/dd/yy format) handwritten on a piece of paper next to it.
