for some reason i was thinking about of the shirtless scenes scott bakula has done & how many were for ST: ENT. and then i thought how that compares to the other trek series (i don't acknowledge know nothing about the live action series after ENT).
TOS had kirk shirtless a few times. spock once, sulu as well & i think that was it.
TNG didn't have shirtless scenes, if i recall. picard & riker had open shirts or low cut ones. picard was stripped naked for torture, which doesn't count.
i don't recall shirtless scenes on DS9, just a lot of tank tops.
the same for VOY & chakotay stripped to "go native" for some reason one time. but they didn't really show his chest.
ENT really made up for it though. their whole thing was a young & sexy kind of attitude. i mean, right off the bat they had that decontamination chamber scene. and then they kept it going with archer & tucker going shirtless (& and wearing those blue undies) whenever possible.
